摘    要:研究了土壤缓慢干旱胁迫下抗旱性不同的2个冬小麦品种旗叶老过程中氧化丰以及酶促与硕果发现,在抗旱性强的品种中,冬泪科叶片旱个衰老与膜脂过氧化程度之间并无直接的联系。超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在不同抗旱性品种中均呈现持志下降的趋势,但在生强的品种中下降幅度较小,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在胁迫初期基本不变,至中后期明显下降,且在抗旱性弱的品种中下降幅度较大,抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(AP)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(

Abstract:The oxidative damage and the responses of enzymatic and non encymatic antioxidants were studied during the drought induced flag leaf senescence in one drought tolerant and one drought sensitive varieties of winter wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.).The results could not correlate the flag leaf senescence with the lipid peroxidation,at least in the drought tolerant variety.SOD activity decreased significantly throughout the treatment,but CAT activity remained constant at the first stage of stress and lowered remarkably afterwards.The activities of AP and GR showed similar changes,which went up slightly at the first stage of stress and then down,but GR activity went down more apparently.The fact that MR activity remained unchanged until the middle stage of stress seemingly revealed that MR,together with AP,may play an important role in resisting oxidative stress at the late stage of stress.Meanwhile,the content of ascorbate and glutathione declined along with the stress.All the above mentioned changes in the drought sensitive variety were more distinct than those in the drought tolerant variety.In addition,the ratios of SOD to CAT,SOD to AP and SOD to GR increased more obviously in the drought sensitive variety,but the ratio of SOD to MR decreased slightly in two varieties.
