油松种子直流电场生物学效应的研究

摘    要:用500kV/m直流电场处理油松种子10min后,其发芽率和活力指数明显提高,浸水种子分别为对照的123.2%和161.1%;干种子分别为对照的124.9%和132.6%。通过对油松种子萌发过程有关生理生化指标的测定表明,直流电场处理可促进细胞膜的修复提高种子萌发阶段的生物氧化水平,加速新陈代谢,利于种子萌发和幼苗生长。

Abstract:The germination rate and vigor index of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. seeds raised obviously after treated 10 min with 500 kV direct current fields,which compared with control ones are 123. 2% and 161.1% for soaked seeds, 124. 9% and 132. 6% for dry seedsTesting on physiological and biochemical indexes during seed germination shows thatunder the treatment of the direct current fields, cell membrane repair was promoted(which showed the conductivity was decreased),organisms oxidizing level was raised atthe stage of seeds germination (which showed respiratory rate was enhanced,dehydrogenation enzyme activity was went up,conversation of fat to sugar was speed up,etc. ),metabolism was accelerated, therefore beneficial to the seeds germination and seedlinggrowing.
