摘    要:春化作用(verna lization)是某些高等植物具备成花能力所必需的,即通过适当长度和强度的冷处理诱导开花抑制蛋白基因沉默,从而使植物具备开花能力.近年来的研究已经表明春化过程中特定抑制蛋白表达沉默的原因部分是由于染色体上特定位点的组氨酸的共价修饰.本文主要介绍春化过程中拟南芥中的FLC基因表达被抑制的分子机理及相关内容.

Abstract:Vernalization is necessary for some high plants to differentiate their flowers,i.e.chilling for a proper period of time and at a proper intensity is capable of inducing them to silence the genes of their flowering-inhibiting proteins.Recent researches have revealed that in vernalization,the expression silencing of specific inhibitory proteins is partially because of the covalent modifications of histidine at some specific chromosome sites.The paper mainly deals with the molecular mechanisms about the expression inhibition of FLC gene in Arabidopsis plants in vernalization.
