小麦种子萌发过程中类PvLEA—18的表达

利用PvLEA-18蛋白抗体，分析小麦种子在萌发过程中类PvLEA-18表达情况。Western blot表明在小麦干种胚中未检测到类PvLEA-18蛋白，而在种子萌发不同时期（12h,24h,36h)的胚和盾片组织中检测到类PvLEA-18蛋白的表达。其分子量分别约为81kD和70kD。种子萌发24h后，81kD蛋白消失，70kD的类PvLEA-18表达量也降低。

Expression of PvLEA-18-like during germination of wheat seeds

The purpose of the experiment is analysis the expression of PvLEA 18 like during germination by using polyclonal antibody to PvLEA 18.The results showed that two protein bands are detectable in embryo and scutellar tissue of germinating seeds at various time,such as 12 h,24 h,36 h,the molecular weights were about 81 kD and 70 kD respectively,while can not be detectable in embryo of mature dry seeds.The 81 kD protein disapear and the amount of the expression of PvLEA 18 like of 71 kD decline after germination for 24 h.
