风信子中抗青霉素内生菌的分离、筛选和活性检测

摘    要:通过用初筛培养基培养,从风信子叶子中分离出一种抗青霉素的内生菌,进行离体培养和抑菌活性检测。结果表明所筛选的菌株的发酵产物对细菌和真菌均有一定的抑菌活性。其中发酵液提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌有一定的抑菌活性,对苹果干腐病原菌和烟草赤星病原菌的抑菌率分别是94.8%和93.8%,而菌体内的活性物对蜡状芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌都有较高的活性,对苹果干腐病原菌、烟草赤星病原菌和苹果轮纹病原菌的抑菌率都在80%以上。

Abstract:An endophytic fungus resistance to penicillin was isolated from Hyacinthus orientalis by culturing on a preliminary screening medium and in vitro cultured and its anti-microbial activity was detected.It was shown that the product in the fermentative culture of its screened strain presented certain anti-microbial activity.Herein,the extract of the fermentative liquid presented certain inhibitory activity to B.subtillis and its inhibition rates to Bakeri rwehm and Fltgernaria alternata reached 94.8% and 93.8%,respectively;and the active substance inside the endophytic fungus appeared highly active in resisting B.subtilis and B.cereus and its inhibition rates to Bakeri rwehm,Fltgernaria alternata and Macrophom kawatsukai reached more than 80%.
