骆驼蓬提取物对玉米种子萌发和壮苗的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度骆驼蓬提取物浸种处理玉米,研究对玉米种子萌发和壮苗的影响。结果表明,浸种处理后玉米种子的萌发及胚根和胚芽生长明显受抑,且随处理浓度提高抑制增强;但随培养时间的延长,对萌发的抑制减弱,根长和株高增加。0.1g/mL、0.2g/mL、0.3g/mL浓度的骆驼蓬提取液浸种可显著提高玉米幼苗根系活力,促进植株生长,根体积和植株生物量增加,根苗比增大。

Abstract:Maize seeds are soaked in the solution of extract of Peganum multisectum Maxim Bobr with different concentration, meanwhile the seed germination and seedling growth of maize was studied. The results showed that the germination of seeds and the growth of embryo are resisted apparently; the resistant action rises up with increasing the consistence of abstract and decreases with prolonging the cultural time meantime the length of root and the height of stem increase. Seeds were soaked in the 0.1 g/mL,0.2 g/mL,0.3 g/mL concentration of P. multisectum Maxim Bobr can apparently improve the vigor of root and impel the growth of plant with the volume of root enlarging, the dry matter weight increasing and the ratio of root to shoot rising.
