小麦叶片日光合高值持续时间基因型差异的初步研究

摘    要:首次把“日高值光合作用持续时间”作为重要的光合特性进行了基因型比较研究,研究了不同基因型小麦开花期旗叶光合速率的日变化和日光合量的变化,提出了“日光合高值持续时间”的概念。结果表明:日光合高值持续时间和日光合量在基因型间存在显着差异.所有基因型都存在不同程度午休现象,矮秆、大穗基因型午休现象较轻,有利于日高值光合持续时间。日光合高值持续时间长,日光合量大,有利于干物质生产。

Abstract:The comparative study on the DHPDH (Diurnal High Photosynthesis Duration Hours) of different wheat genotypes was carried out for the first time as a important photosynthesis parameter.DHPDH and diurnal photosynthetic capacity (DPC) of flag leaves in different genotype wheat during anthesis were studied.A new concept of diurnal high photosynthesis duration hours (DHPDH) was brought forward.The results showed that all of genotypes we have selected have the phenomena of midday depress.Genotypes with short stem or big ear had short midday depress time.There are notable differences in DPC and DHPDH among genotypes.The shorter of midday depress time,the longer DHPDH and the more of DPC,the more benefit for dry matter's production.
