摘    要:利用防雨棚研究了控灌对小麦植株体内激素含量与籽粒不乐速率的影响。结果表明:随控水加重,小麦旗叶、根系和籽粒中ABA含量迅速达到高峰,然后快速降低;控水愈重,i-PAs峰值和籽粒灌浆速率峰值出现愈早,尔后下降,从而加速了植株衰老进程,导致产量降低。籽粒灌浆速率变化与旗叶,根主籽粒中激素含量变化呈极显著相关,且上述性状在相对含水量60%处理下与80%(对照)相比无显著差异,从而为小麦节水栽培提供了依据

Abstract:he effects of controlling irrigation on endogenous hormone content and grain filling rate of wheat under rain proof condition in wheat had been studied and the results were as follows:with the increase of controlling water,the ABA content of flag leaf,root and kernel reached to peak speedly and then decreased rapidily;the heavier controlling water was,the earlier of the peak of iPAs content and grain filling rate occured and then decreased,which accelerated senescence and decreased yield.There was significant correlation between the changes of grain filling rate and the changes of hormone in flag leaf,root and kernel,and there was no significant difference between 60% SRWC treatment and 80% SRWC treatment (control),and this provided basis for water saving culture in wheat.
