摘    要:3个基因型的春小麦幼苗分别用PEG作轻主胁迫(-0.6MPa)或中度胁迫(-1.56MPa)的2个处理,不胁迫为对照,2d后分开观察成熟叶和新生叶中内源ABA和3个自由基清除酶活力对水胁迫的反应。3个基因型新生叶SOD、CAT平均活力极显著的高于成熟叶中的平均活力(P〈0.01),POD却是成熟的高,中度胁迫与对照相比,各基因型各叶龄的酶活力除成熟叶中CAT的活力显著下降(P〈0.01)外,其它都

Abstract:The response of endogenous ABA and three enzymes activity of scavenging free radical in wheat seedling of three genotypes treated with -0.61 or -1.56 MPa PEG 4000,and control,was reported.Activity of SOD,CAT is higher in immature leaves than that in mature leaves ( P <0.01),but that of POD is lower in immature \{( P <0.01)\}.Treated with -1.56 MPa,SOD,CAT,POD activity in the two groups leaves of the three genotypes,increases in different degree as treated differently,except that of CAT in mature leaves decreasing.Endogenous ABA content in the immature is the highest under the treatment with -1.56 MPa PEG,and it of three genotypes is 12.92 to 17.25 times as that of the control groups,respectively,which indicated that the increase content of endogenous ABA is not the direct reason for the decreasing of enzymes activity of scavenging free radical.
