干旱沙区2种梨树光合特性的研究

摘    要:通过对沙地栽培的苹果梨和锦丰梨2种梨树光合速率(Pn)日变化、季节变化的测度研究表明,苹果梨Pn日变化呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在上午9:00为10.158μmol.m^-2.s^-1.。锦丰梨Pn变化呈双峰曲线,和一峰值在上午9:00,第二峰值在下午13:00,第一峰值高于第二峰值Pn分别为14.566μmol.m^-2.s^-1.和10.972μmol.m^-2.s^-1.。并分析得出2种梨树Pn与其蒸腾速率(TRAN)、胞间CO2浓度(CINT)、水平气压缺(VPD)等影响因子之间存在着极显著相关关系和回归方程,以及2种梨树的水分利用效率(WUE)。

Abstract:The diurnal and seasonal changes of photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Pyrus bretschneideri (CV.jinfeng and pingguoli) that are cultivated in sandy land were studied.Results showed that the diurnal changes of Pn of jinfeng cultivars show one-peak curves,and the peak value that occurs at 9:00 in the morning is 10.158 μmol.m-2.s-1.The diurnal changes of Pn of pingguoli cultivar show two peak curves and the first peak value that occurs at 9:00 in the morning and the second peak value that occurs at 13:00 are 14.566 μmol.m-2.s-1 and 10.972 μmol.m-2.s-1 respectively.Howerver there are more obvious relationship and regressive equation among Pn、TRAN、CINT、VPD in two kind of pear trees,and WUE also.
