摘    要:用He-Ne激光(5.23×10-3W.mm-2)处理经不同浓度PEG6000胁迫的小麦幼苗,研究水分胁迫条件下激光辐照对小麦幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,He-Ne激光辐照可显著提高水分胁迫下小麦幼苗的根系活力以及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性(P<0.05),并使其脯氨酸含量显著增加(P<0.05),而对其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性没有显著影响。可见,He-Ne激光可通过提高根系活力、抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量来显著增强小麦幼苗的抗旱性。

Abstract:In order to determine the effects of He-Ne laser on wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) exposed to water stress,root activity,anti-oxidative enzymes and proline content in wheat seedlings treated with different concentration of PEG6000 were investigated.12-day-old seedlings were treated with water stress using 5%,10% and 15% PEG6000 for 3,6,9,12,15 d,respectively.After water stress,He-Ne laser was employed to irradiate seedlings of wheat for 0,1 and 3 min,respectively.Leaves and roots were sampled for various analyses.The results showed that He-Ne laser irradiation significantly increased root activity,APX and GR activities (P<0.05),while SOD activity was not notably influenced by He-Ne laser.Meanwhile,He-Ne laser irradiation also significantly promoted proline content (P<0.05) in wheat seedling subjected to water stress.It was suggested that those changes in root activity,anti-oxidative enzymes and proline content were responsible for protection wheat against water induced oxidative damage.
