摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳检测了6种毛良属(Ranunculus Linn.)植物4个酶系统的等位酶谱带变异式样,并将酶谱带的二忿数据进行相关分析和聚类分析,结果表明:有93.94%的等位酶谱带在6个种之间显示出或多或少的变异,只有6.06%的等位酶谱带在6个种中保持恒定。相关分析和聚类分析显示,同种内个体间表现出较大的遗传同质性;而不同种的个体则表现出明显的趋异性。表明6种植物之间遗传分化较明显.并按聚类结果将6个种划分为两个类群.水城毛茛和毛茛为一个类群;扬子毛茛、褐鞘毛茛、钩柱毛茛和棱喙毛茛为一个类群。其中,扬子毛茛和棱喙毛良之间的亲缘关系最近。毛茛和褐鞘毛茛之间的亲缘关系最远。

Abstract:Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was adopted to investigate the variation patterns of allozyme bands of four enzymatic systems in six species of Ranunculus Linn.and then the dimorphic data about the allozyme bands were analyzed by correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that 93.94% of the allozyme bands varied more or less among the six species and the other 6.06% of them kept stable in the six species.The correlation analysis and cluster analysis showed that individual plants belonging to same species presented relatively strong genetic homogeneity and individual plants belonging to different species presented clear genetic heterogeneity.This indicated that the six species showed relatively clear genetic differentiation and could be divided by means of cluster analysis into two groups,one consisting of R.japonicus Thunb.and R.shuichengensis L.Liao,and the other consisting of R.trigonus Hand.-Mazz., R.silerfolius Levl., R.sinovaginatus W.T.Wang and R.sieboldii Miq..Of the six species, R.sieboldii Miq.and R.trigonus Hand.-Mazz.had the closest genetic relationship while R.japonicus Thunb.and R.sinovaginatus W.T.Wang had the most distant genetic relationship.
