| 摘 要： | 多倍体药用植物因器官巨大。产量高，具有重要的药用和经济价值而倍受人们的关注。本文着重介绍了当前药用植物染色体加倍所采用的方法、诱变剂类型以及其它一些影响植物染色体加倍的因素。此外，还介绍了多倍体药用植物的特征、鉴定方法以及近些年来药用植物染色体加倍所取得的最新成果。

| Abstract: | Medicinal polyploid plants attract great attention because of their gigantic organs,high yields and important medicinal and economic values. The paper mainly deals with the chromosome-doubling method and mutagen types for medicinal plants and other factors affecting chromosome doubling. In addition,it introduces the characteristics and identification methods of medicinal plants ,and latest achievements obtained in chromosome doubling of medicinal plants in recent years. |
