木犀科系统研究中过氧化物同工酶的应用

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝电泳分析了木犀科7属51种(亚种,变种及某些被归并的种)植物叶片过氧化物同工酶。研究结果表明,尽管个别种的种内酶谱有变化,但各个种都有能与其他种相区别的酶谱,各属也具有其特征酶谱,过氧化物同工酶适宜的作为木犀科分类的一个重要指标。根据酶谱认为不分亚科,各族独立为宜,酶谱支持雪柳属和连翘属分别从族及丁香族中独立出来单独建族;支持撤消丁香族,将丁香属并入木犀榄族而靠近女贞属,根据酶谱及

Abstract:By means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the leaf-peroxidases of 51 taxa,belonging to 7 genera of Oleaceae, were analysed, It shows leaf-peperoxidases is suitable for the classification of the family Oleaceae. According to the patterns of enzymic band, it is agreed that Fontanesia was shifted from Trib. Fraxineae and formed Trib.Fontanesieae, while Trib. Syringeae was canceled, and in which Forsythia fromed Trib.Forsythieae and Syringa shifted to Trib. Oleeae (near Ligustrum). On the basis of the comprehensive evidences of enzymic and morphological, following views are proposed:(1) The taxa subfamily is revoked because the tribes in subfamily Jasminoideae have no points in common. (2) In the Sect. Syringa of Syringa, Ser. Pinnatifoliae is merged into Ser. Syringa which is put before Ser. Pubescentes. (3) Forsythia is divided into two sections:Sect. 1 Forsythia include F. suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl, F. viridissima Lindl.,F. mira M. C. Chang, Sect. 2 Giraldianae Qin include F. giraldiana Lingelsh, F. mandschurica Uyeki, F. ovata Nabal and F. likangensis Ching et Feng ex P. Y. Bai.
