中国贝母属花粉形态的研究

摘    要:本文对分布于我国的贝母属(Fritillaria L.)27种(变种)植物的花粉形态进行了光学显微镜和扫描电镜的观察,并对本属植物花粉的形态结构、类型、演化关系以及在分类学上的意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:Pollen morphology of 27 species in genus Fritillaria from China were examined under the light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) . According to their exine ornamentation, these pollen can be divided into two groups, quasi-rugutat and reticulate. The characters of pollen grains of 27 species (varieties) differ from each other in ornamentation, formation and width of muri, size of lumina, the number of lumina in per unit area, ratio of length of baculum and caput of pilutn, etc. According to Nair and Sharma, the exine ornamentation of pollen grains of 26 species textcd in Sect. Fritillaria and Liliorhiza belongs to the transitive from zono-reticulatc type to pan-reticulate one, but that of P. karelinii in Sect. Theresia belongs to psilate type and the pollen of F. karelinii may be regarded as a type more advanced than others. It was discovered that the ornamentation of Fritillaria pollen is structure formed by the joining on the side of caput of pilum of pilatc.
