摘    要:为减轻大量的禽畜废弃物对环境的污染和促进其有机肥转化的进程,在以往大量研究的基础上,改进了分离和筛选除臭微生物的方法。应用该简便方法,快速地从环境中分离和筛选出除臭微生物F468,能够降低新鲜鸡粪氨气和硫化氢释放量分别在67%和56%以上,降低风干鸡粪氨气和硫化氢释放量分别在90%和52%以上。通过形态学方法鉴定,F468初步被鉴定为绿色木霉。

Abstract:Based on extensive research,the method was modified to isolate and screen de-odorizing microorganism to alleviate the burden of livestock waste on the environment and the development of livestock industry.By this modified method,microorganism F468 was rapidly isolated and screened from the environment.F468 could reduce the NH3 and H2S emission above 67% and 56% respectively in fresh chicken manure.Moreover,F468 could reduce NH3 and H2S emission above 90% and 52% respectively in dry-up chicken manure.This microorganism was preliminarily identified as Trichoderma viride by its morphology.
