| 摘 要： | Cre/lox位点特异重组系统是植物基因工程中的重要工具,利用其可以在转基因植物中对目的基因实现精确删除和定点整合。概述Cre/lox系统的基本结构及作用方式,并以基因删除和定点整合为重点,详细介绍该系统在这两方面的应用。
