| Abstract: | The present paper reviews briefly the productive state of Xanthan gum at home and abroad. The chemical examination and analysis were made to the products from different enterprise. Based on the gap between the domestic Xanthan gums and the same ones abroad, the corresponding countermeasures are suggested. |
