| Abstract: | We summarized the survey of somatic embryogenesis in Fraxinus in domestic and overseas,introduced the mostly controllable factors and the process,mechanism and histology influencing somatic embryogenesis,and put forward the application foreground of somatic embryogenesis in Fraxinus. |
