植物microRNA功能及其在逆境条件下的研究进展

摘    要:microRNA(miRNA)是一种内源性的小分子RNA,长度约为21到25个核苷酸大小,在动植物生长发育的各个过程中起重要的调控作用。近几年随着高通量测序技术的飞速发展,研究人员在许多物种中鉴定了大量的miRNA,未来miRNA的研究主要集中在功能研究方面,尤其是植物miRNA在逆境条件下的功能方面。就目前miRNA功能的主要研究方法,以及逆境条件下植物miRNA的研究进行了综合阐述。

Abstract:MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are 21-25 nt endogenous short RNA molecules.It was found that miRNAs play important roles under various stresses and regulate the growth and development in plants.Nowadays,with the rapid development of the high-throughout sequencing technology,researchers identified a large number of microRNAs in species.The miRNA research would focus on the functional analysis,especially the roles in stresses in future.In this paper,the main methods for function analysis and the important roles in stresses in plant miRNA of the study were reviewed.
