| Abstract: | PACT can activate PKR in response to cellular stresses. The review expatiated the advance in the study on PKR activated by PACT. It has also introduced other functions of PACT,such as PACT acting as regulator for other gene expressing,the role of PACT in the RNA silencing pathway and in mammalian ear development. |
