| Abstract: | A powerful technology focusing on the investigation of differential expression of the genes controlling a series of life process, such as cell growth, cell differentiation, reproduction, senescence, programmed cell death ,oncogenesis and tolerance to environment stress was given. it will be helpful for our gene cloning research. In this paper,the general principle, procedure, advantages and shortcomings was summarized. |
