| 摘 要： | 抗菌肽(antim icrobial peptides)是一类具有抗菌活性短肽的总称,广泛分布于原核生物与包括人类在内的真核生物体内,是宿主免疫防御系统中的重要组成部分。研究表明,抗菌肽除具有抗病毒、抗细菌、抗真菌作用外,还具有抗肿瘤作用。现从抗菌肽的结构特点与抗菌机制出发,对其构效关系及表达策略进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs),a family of short-chain peptides with antibacterial activity,are widely spread in prokaryotes,eukaryotes and humans.AMPs are the important part in the host's immune defense system.Previous research showed that AMPs have biological activities on the resistance of virus,bacterial,fungi and tumor.In this paper,the structure,antimicrobial mechanism,structure-function relationship and expression strategies of AMPs were summarized. |
