摘    要:AFLP分子标记是一种基于PCR的DNA指纹分析方法,广泛应用于遗传多样性和亲缘关系的分析、遗传图谱构建、品种鉴定及标记辅助育种等方面。简要介绍了AFLP分子标记技术的原理、发展及在热带作物遗传育种中的应用。

Abstract:Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphism(AFLP)is a PCR-based technique being used for DNA-fingerprinting analysis as a molecular marker,which has been applied widely in analysis of genetic diversity and relationships,construction of genetic linkage map,identification of germplasm resources and cultivars and molecular marker-assisted selection.In this paper,the principle,development of AFLP and its applications in tropical crop were introduced and discussed.
