| 摘 要： | 疫苗是当今世界上控制及预防疾病发生的有效方法,利用植物作为生物反应器生产转基因疫苗,成本低廉,方便安全等特点,被认为新型疫苗的研究热点。从4个方面综述了转基因疫苗的研究概况,分析了其优点及不足,并对其未来的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Vaccine is an effective way to control and prevention the diseases in the modern world,therefore,various types of vaccine had been developed.In recent years,plants have been employed as bioreactors to produce genetically modified vaccine,due to its low cost,convenience and safety.This article described the genetically modified vaccine from four sides,also its advantage,disadvantage and further development were also prospected. |
