转几丁质酶基因研究进展

摘    要:几丁质酶基因是近年来作物抗病基因工程研究的热点之一。已对10多种作物进行了转几丁质酶基因研究,大多数转基因作物能增强作物对真菌或昆虫的抗性,转几丁质酶基因于生防因子的研究也越来越多,为生物防治提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:Chitinase genes are a hot point of genetic engineering of plant resistance to diseases recently. Chitinase genes have been transfered to more than 10 crops and most of the examples indicate that chitinases can increase plant resistance to diseases or pests. The research of transformation chitinase genes to biocontrol agents is more and more which supply a new way of biocontrol.
