| 摘 要： | ELDI—TOF MS技术是差异蛋白质组学研究中的一种新技术。本文介绍了这种技术的特点及分析步骤，总结了SELDI—TOF MS技术在癌症早期诊断中的应用，最后指出这种技术存在的问题，并对其前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | SELDI-TOF MS technology is a new differential proteomical technology. This paper introduced its characters and analytical process,then, SELDI-TOF MS technology's application in the early detection of cancer was concluded. Finally, the paper pointed out the problems in the technology and disscussed its prospects. |
