MSAP技术及其在植物上的应用

摘    要:DNA甲基化在植物的很多生命过程中具有重要作用,检测DNA甲基化的技术应运而生。依据对DNA甲基化敏感程度不同的同裂酶,在AFLP技术的基础上发展而来的MSAP技术可以方便的检测全基因组范围内胞嘧啶甲基化模式及程度。该文对MSAP技术的原理、特点、基本程序及应用进行了阐述。

Abstract:DNA methylation has essential roles in many plant life processes.The technology to measure DNA methylation has emerged as the times required. Reckoning on the different sensitivity of the isoschizomers to DNA methylation and basing on the AFLP technology,MSAP(methylation-sensitive amplified polymorphism)can be used to test pattern and degree of the genomic DNA cytosine methylation.The paper had reviewed the principle,character,procedure and the application of MSAP technology.
