摘    要:筛查转基因作物非预期效应遇到的最大难题是难以鉴别其非预期效应和自然变异.从转基因作物非预期效应与自然变异的发生机制、食用安全风险和遗传特性的比较分析阐述两者在发生机制及遗传特性方面的差异和特征,为设计减少自然变异干扰的非预期效应筛查模式和方案提供重要启示.

Abstract:Identifying unintended effects from natural variation is the most difficult problem in safety evaluation of transgenic crops.The review comparatively analyzed the mechanism,genetic characteristics and food safety risk of unintended effects and natural variation.The analysis on the difference in mechanism and genetic characteristics between unintended effect and natural variation may provide some important inspirations for the screening and identification of unintended effect.
