| 摘 要： | FMDV基因组编码的所有蛋白质是以多聚蛋白质的形式产生的。前导蛋白是FMDV基因组编码的第一个具有酶切活性的蛋白质。它是剪切多聚蛋白质的共翻译分子内部的一个蛋白酶。FMDV是在多聚蛋白质的N端剪切前导蛋白。此外,前导蛋白不仅能剪切病毒编码的多聚蛋白,而且能降解宿主细胞中特定的蛋白质,由此极大提高了病毒的毒力。前导蛋白可以抑制I型干扰素的分泌,降低免疫监视系统对FMDV的监视能力,以此逃避宿主的非特异性免疫系统的攻击。关于前导蛋白与细胞凋亡的关系,细胞凋亡产生的eIF4G片段与前导蛋白裂解eIF4G产生的碎片是不同的。

| Abstract: | Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV)encodes all of its proteins in the form of a polyprotein.Leader protein which has an ability of cleavage is encoded firstly by FMDV,it is one of the proteinases that are co-translational,intramolecular and cleave the polyprotein.The FMDV is in possessing a proteinase(Lpro)at the N-terminus of the polyprotein.In addition,the leader protein acts not only to cleave the virus polyprotein,but also to degrade certain host-cell proteins thereby greatly enhancing virus virulence.FMDV can free from the host innate immune response by means of blocking I type of interferon secretion and downregulate immune surveillance.With regard to the relation between leader protein and apoptosis,the fragments which are produced by eIF4G undergoing cleavage are different from the fragments which are generated by leader protein cleaving eIF4G. |
