| Abstract: | Embryonic stem ( ES ) cells are undifferentiated permanent cell line derived from early developing embryos of animals inner cell mass cells and primordial germ cells, in vitro ,embryonic stem cell can be induced into neuron like cells, muscle cells,and fibroblast like cells et al.This paper is summarized on the inducing mechanism and current research condition of differentiation on animal embryonic stem cells in vitro. |
