| Abstract: | Disease resistance genes are the basis of molecular biology and breeding for disease resistance. The paper not only introduced the late advances and new strategy in the cloning of disease resistance genes from plants and the resistance mechanism as well as the structural features of the cloned disease resistance genes, but also discussed the application prospect of cloning of disease resistance genes. |
