摘    要:用去卷积付里叶红外光谱(FTIR)研究结果表明在低浓度的SDS溶液中,二级结构各组份发生了明显可测的变化,表明酶的活性部位及其附近区域有较多的二级结构。

Abstract:The components of secondary strure of creatine kinase at the different concentrations of SDS have been examined by using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that the order secondary strucks of the enzyme at low concentration SDS decreased. It suggests that conformation at or near the active site contains more ordered secondary structure.
