生物组织漫射光模拟计算的改进杂合模型

摘    要:结合近源处Monte Carlo法的精确性和漫射理论计算的快速性,在用漫射理论计算漫反射系数时,采用了辐射对背半球的积分形式,即考虑光强度和通量两项对它的贡献,建立了基于Monte Carlo法-漫理论的更为精确、有效的改进的杂合模型,模拟计算了板状生物组织漫反射光的分布。结果表明,在保证高计算速度的前提下,进一步提高了计算精度;同时,此模型也适用于强吸收介质漫反射光分布的模拟计算。

Abstract:Combining the accuracy advantage of the Monte Carlo method near the light source and the fast-resolved advantage of the diffusion theory, an improved hybrid model was developed to simulate the diffuse reflectance of light in a biological tissue slab model. In the diffusion step, the radiance was expressed as the integral of the radiance over the backward hemisphere (i.e. the radiance was expressed the sum of two terms, one term is proportional to the intensity and the other is proportional to the flux) when computed the diffuse reflectance. Even on the condition of high computed speed, the accuracy is still improved. And the results also illustrate that this improved model is adaptive to simulate the diffuse reflectance of light in case of strong absorption.
