噪声对豚鼠耳蜗电图功率谱的影响

摘    要:本文对豚鼠噪声暴露后的耳蜗电图功率谱进行了分析,实验表明:噪声组豚鼠耳蜗电图功率谱150~300Hz频段能量较正常组有明显增长;500~850Hz和850~1400Hz频段能量不集中(表2).另外,噪声组耳蜗电图功率谱与标准型的相关度比正常组与标准型的相关度差(P<0.01).

THE EFFECTS OF NOISE ON POWER SPECTRA OF ELECTROCOCHLEARGRAPHY IN GUINEA PIGS
Abstract:The spectral analysis techique has been becoming a potential objective method sued for analysing the evoked potential in auditory system in recent years. The spectral analysis method has been used to analyse the ECochG of normal (with 10 ears) and noise exposed (with 9 ears) guinea pig. In power spectrum of normal ECochC, there are three major peaks and one major trough approximately at 76±5Hz, 209 ± 17Hz, 730±77Hz, and 332±26Hz neapectively. The power spectrum of ECochG in noise exposed guinea pigs differs significantly from those of ECochG in normal. The correlation coefficients of the power spectra in ECochG for normal and noise exposed group show a difference clearly(P<0.01).
