精胺对脂质体及细胞膜融合的作用

本文通过共振能量转移法与三氯化铽荧光法探讨了精胺及其与Ca~(2 )对脂质体及人红细胞膜融合的诱导作用.结果表明,精胺能诱导PS脂质体的凝聚,但不能诱导其融合.精胺能诱导血影膜的融合.精胺与Ca~(2 )一起使用.对脂质体及血影膜的融合都分别有协同增效作用.

THE EFFECT OF SPERMINE ON THE FUSION OF LIPOSOMES AND HUMAN ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE

The effect of spermine on the aggregation and fusion of PS liposomes and human erythrocyte membrane was studied by means of resonance energy transfer method and Tb3+/DPA fluorescent method.Spermine could induce the aggregation of PS liposomes but could not induce the fusion of vesicles. Spermine could induce the fusion of human ghost membrane. Spermine and Ca2+ both in the substhreshold concentration showed the synergistic effect on the fusion of PS liposomes and ghost membrane. The effect of spermine on the fluidity of ghost membrane showed that the main effect of spermine on the cellular membrane occurs at the polar region of lipid bilayer.
