摘    要:本文采用Oak's脱膜方法与火焰光度测定经吡喹酮,吐酒石和敌百虫作用后的日本血吸虫体表膜液内的K~+,Na~+的含量实验结果,吡喹酮和吐酒石能刺激K~+从虫体表膜内向外流,分别降低K~+浓度约50%和20%,但对Na~+转运无显著影响.敌百虫的作用是减少膜内K~+外流,导致了膜内K~+浓度升高.这些结果是与体外~(86)Rb渗入虫膜实验一致的.我们也测定了药物作用后虫体表膜液内的H~+,其结果是K~+的外流与H~+的内流有关.


THE EFFECT OF ANTI-SCHISTOSOMAL DRUGS ON THE TRANSPORT OF K~+,Na~+,H~+ IN TEGUMENTAL PLASMA OF MALE ADULT SCHISTOSOMA JAPONISUM
Abstract:On studing the effect of anti-schistosomal drugs on the transport of ions across the tegument of S. Japonisum, it would be able to understand the physiological functions of ions in worm,as well as to elucidate the mode of action of these drugs. Using Oaks' method and flame photometry, we reported the results of our determinations on the concentrations of cations (Na+, K+) after treating worms with Pyquiton,tartar emetic and metrifonate.Consequently,we found that Pyquiton and tartar emetic stimulated K+ efflux from tegumental plasma and then decreased its concentrations by 50% and 20% respectively, but none of drugs influenced significantly the transport of Na+.Whereas metrifonate reduced K+ efflux, thus it resulted in raising K+ concentrations. These in vitro results were consistent with those obtained by 86Rb uptake experiments.At the same time,we also measured the change of H+ concentrations in tegumental plasma.It seemed that the efflux of K+was related to H+influx.
