树[鼠句]的基本实验操作方法

目的对树鼠句]抓取和保定、采血、灌胃基本实验技术方法进行探讨，逐步规范树鼠句]实验技术。方法选用成年树鼠句]进行抓取和保定，分徒于法和器具法（自制捕捉保定袋），对130只树鼠句]采用尾静脉、股动（静）脉两种采血方法；采取人用8号胃管可对树鼠句]绎口灌胃给药。结果所采用徒手、器具的方法抓取和保定树鼠句]均能有效地控制动物，不会发生动物死亡或很少逃逸；两种方法都顺利采集到所需血量，股动（静）脉单次最大采血量可达2mL而不损伤动物；12只树鼠句]连续灌胃10d，成功率100％。结论自制的捕捉保定袋经济实用，摸索的几种树鼠句]实验技术方法具有操作简便、安全、快捷等优点。

Basic Experimental Techniques in Tree Shrews

Objective To explore some practical methods to seize and fix, blood collection, and gastric lavage in tree shrews, and make efforts to develop standardized experimental techniques. Methods 130 adult tree shrews were hold and fixed by hand or with a cloth bag device. Blood samples were collected from the tail vein or puncture in the femoral artery （vein） with a syringe needle. Size 8 human gastric tube was used to make gastric feeding per os in the tree shrews. Results All tree shrews were effectively and well controlled by hand seizing or bag fixing, and there was no unexpected death or few escape. Blood collection was smoothly completed in all tree shrews by both methods and the largest bh）od volume was 2 mL taken from the femoral artery without injury to the animals. Gastrogavage into stomach was fully succeeded in 12 tree shrews for consecutive 10 days, with a success rate of 100% . Conclusion The bag fixing device is economieal and practical. The above described experimental techniques are simple, safe, practical, rapid and easy methods to use on tree shrews.
