压力应激动物模型在肿瘤中的应用和研究现状

摘    要:目的就各类压力应激荷瘤动物模型的造模方法进行综述,对其特点进行评述,并分析了压力应激在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制。方法应用计算机检索PubMed数据库(2000/2013),以“stress,animalmodel,tumor”为检索词;检索中国知识资源总库(2000~2013)、重庆维普数据库(2000~2013)、万方数据库(2000~2013)三大中文期刊数据库,以“应激,动物模型,肿瘤”为检索词。文章所述内容需与应激动物模型的建立、应用、评价,及压力应激与肿瘤的关系等方面研究密切相关,排除重复性研究。结果共收集596篇关于应激动物模型的文献,中文156篇,英文440篇。阅读标题和摘要进行初筛,排除发表时间较早、重复及类似的研究,纳入30篇符合标准的文献。结论压力应激与肿瘤研究领域为进一步从抗焦虑、抑郁等角度筛选抗肿瘤药物提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To review the methods of stress model in tumor-bearing animal, and to analyze the perspective of the stress in tumor development role mechanism. Methods A computer-based online search was performed using key words of "stress, animal model, murine, and evaluate" for documents on VIP and PuMed from 2000 to 2013. Repetitive papers were excluded. Results A total of 596 documents were collected, including 156 in Chinese and 440 in English. By reading titles and abstract, 30 papers were included in the final analysis. Conclusion It is provided a new approach to further explore the stress in tumor pathogenesis mechanisms, and screening antitumor drugs.
