东方田鼠在生物医学研究中的应用及展望

东方田鼠在分类、分布、形态、生态、实验室饲养、部分生物学特征、遗传学、微生物学和寄生虫学等方面的研究取得了一系列进展。近年来,东方田鼠开发为日本血吸虫病、糖尿病和自发性卵巢癌实验动物模型新品系。应用这些模型可对日本血吸虫病、糖尿病和自发性卵巢癌的病理学改变、发病机制、药物治疗和疫苗开发等多方面进行研究。本文就东方田鼠在生物医学研究中的应用研究现状作一综述。

Present and Future Application of Microtus Fortis in Biology and Medicine

Considerable progress has been made in the studies on microtus fortis in classification, distribution, morphology, ecology, laboratory breeding, biological characteristics, genetics, microbiology and parasitology. In recent years, microtus fortis has developed as new strains of experimental animal models of sehistosoma japonicum, diabetes mellitus and spontaneous ovarian cancer. These models can be applied to many researches such as the pathological changes, pathogenesis, drug treatment and vaccine development of schistosomiasis japanica, diabetes mellitus and spontaneous ovarian cancer. The recent development in research on mierotus fortis in biology and medicine is reviewed in this paper.
