植物遗传多样性及保护研究进展

摘    要:根据国内外最近资料和作者的研究体会,综述目前生物多样性的概念、研究方法和研究动态,文章比较了应用形态、分类、同功酶、RFLP和RAPD方法研究栎树的最新结果,介绍了研究目标和采用方法的相互关系,分子生物学方法在生物多样性,尤其是遗传多样性研究中的应用。结合概念、方法和结果的讨论,文章最后介绍一些有关生物多样性保护方面的理论和方法以及国际国内生物多样性保护研究的发展动态。

Abstract:This paper summarized the concepts, methods and dynamics in recent biodiversity research according to the up-to-date publications in the world and the author's experiences. Some methods and techniques, such as morphorlogy, taxanomy, isozyme, RFLP and RAPD, have been comparied on the oak research. Research objectives and their corresponding techniques must be considered as the preliminary condition for the expected results Molecular biology methods are very important for the biodiversity, particularly for the genetic diversity studies. Combined with the concept, methods and result discussion, this paper introduced some recent development tendency on biodiversity conservation research.
