摘    要:本文采用Promega的PCR反应系统,以从红松幼叶中提取的总DNA为模板,进行随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)实验。

Abstract:The PCR reaction system by Promega was employed. The DNA templates of Pinus koraiensis extracted from young needles were amplified in RAPD. The effect of content of Mg 2+ , dNTP, DNA templates, primers and DNA polymorase on experimental results were tested and the optimal reaction system of RAPD for korean pine was determined.
