新疆伊犁五个少数民族的近亲结婚

1983年4月至1984年5月,对新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州五个民族的近亲结婚情况进行了调查。调查的婚姻数为维吾尔2553起,哈萨克1079起,回1235起,锡伯1222起,蒙古446起。近亲结婚率与平均近交系数分别为:维吾尔——8.23％与 46.74×10~(-4),回——8.10％与45.07×10~(-4),锡伯——4.66％与24.93×10~(-4),哈萨克——2.87％与11.31×10~(-4)。蒙古——0.45％与 2.80×10~(-4)。解放以来,维吾尔族与回族的近亲结婚率有上升趋势,而锡伯族的则有下降趋势。各族近亲结婚中大部分为亲表亲结婚,但堂亲结婚在维吾尔族的近亲结婚中竟占26.18％,在回族中也占16.00％。1303名近亲结婚子女中的七岁前死亡率(12.89％)及先天性缺陷与遗传性疾病发生率(2.99％)显著高于6370名非近亲结婚子女的相应值(7.65％及0.38％)。

A SURVEY OF FIVE MINORITY NATIONALITIES' CONSANGUINEOUS MARRIAGE IN YILI, XINJIANG

A Survey on the consanguineous marriages in five ethnic groups in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Region was carried out from April, 1983 to May, 1984. The total number of marriages inquired was: Uygur-2553, Kazakh-1079, Hui-1235, Xibe- 1222 and Mongol-446, The percentage of consanguineous marriage and average inbreeding coefficient observed were: Uygur-8.23% and 46.74x10-4, Hui-8.10% and 45.07X10-4, Xibe - 4.66% and 24.93X10-4, Kazakh-2.87% and 11.31 X 10-4, Mongol - 0.45% and 2.80X10-4, respectively. It was noted that after 1950 the percentage of consanguineous marriage decreased in Xibe, but increased in Uygur and Hui. Most of the consanguineous marriages take place between the first cousins on maternal side, but 26.18% of consanguineous marriage in Uygur and 14.00%; in Hui were between relatives on the paternal side. The percentage of mixed marriages in five ethnic groups ranged from 0.2% to 4.0%. In addition, the mortality before the age of 7 years (12.89%) and the rate of congenital abnomalities and diseases 2.99%) among children of consanguineous marriages were significantly higher than those of marriages between nonrelative (7.76% and 0.38%, respectively).
