凋亡抑制蛋白Livin和抑癌基因p53在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床病理学意义

目的检测livin和P53蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达并分析其临床病理学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(SABC)的方法检测livin和P53蛋白在40例NSCLC患者肺癌组织切片中的表达,分析其与临床病理学参数之间的关系。结果40例NSCLC中livin和P53蛋白阳性表达率分别为47.5%和52.5%,在淋巴结转移的NSCLC组织中livin的阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移的肺癌组织(P<0.05),且与肺癌不同分期有关(P<0.05)。P53蛋白表达亦与肿瘤分期有关,P53在鳞癌中的表达率显著高于腺癌(P<0.05)。P53和livin均与年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度等临床病理学参数无关(P>0.05)。Livin与P53蛋白的表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论livin与P53异常表达与NSCLC的恶性生物学行为有关,其表达对临床上判断NSCLC的预后有重要意义。

EXPRESSION AND CLINICOPATHOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF LIVIN AND P53 PROTEINS IN NSCLC

Objective This study was designed to detect the expression of Livin and P53 proteins in non-small cell lung cancer and to determine their clinicopathogical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of livin and P53 proteins in formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded sections from 40 non-small cell lung cancer tissues.The clinicpathological characteristics of patients were analyzed by reviewing the patients' clinical records.Results Of 40 cases of NSCLC,19(47.5 %) and 21(52.5 %) cases showed positive staining for livin and P53 proteins,respectively.There was a statistically significant association between livin expression and tumor stage or lymph node metastasis(P< 0.05).P53 protein expression was closely associated with histological type and tumor stage(P< 0.05).Neither livin nor P53 alone was correlated with sex,age and histological grade(P>0.05).No correlation was found between P53 and livin protein expressions(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of livin and P53 proteins represents biological characteristics of NSCLC.Assessment of both livin and P53 may be valuable for the prognosis of NSCLC.
