| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组织化学与原位杂交方法检测了２５例急性髓系或淋巴系白血病骨髓活检组织及６种白血病细胞株中ｂｃｌ－２蛋白及其ｍＲＮＡ水平。结果２１例白血病标本中存在ｂｃｌ－２蛋白及其ｍＲＮＡ的一致性高表达；５种白血病细胞株（ＣＥＭ、Ｒａｊｉ、ＨＬ－６０、Ｕ９３７及Ｋ５６２）均能表达一定水平的ｂｃｌ－２蛋白及其ｍＲＮＡ（Ｍｏｌｔ－４例外）。提示ｂｃｌ－２基因的功能状态与淋巴造血系统肿瘤密切相关。

| Abstract: | Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were employed to investigate the levels of bcl-2 protein and bcl - 2 mRNA in six leukemia cell lines and twenty-five cases of bone marrow biopsies of acute leukemia (lymphoid or myeloid). The results showed that the expression of bcl -2 protein and bcl-2 mRNA was generally consistent at a high level in twenty-one leukemic specimens, while five leukemia cell lines (CEM, Raji, HL-60, U_(937) and K_(562)) could also express bcl-2 protein and bcl-2 mRNA at certain levels (Molt-4 excluded).The data presented herd indicate that functional states of bcl-2 gene appear to be closely associated with lymphhematopoic malignancies. |
