两种爬行动物胃肠胰系统5-羟色胺细胞的免疫组织化学定位

摘    要:目的阐明5-羟色胺﹙5-Hydroxytryptamine,﹚细胞在蝘蜓及蓝尾石龙子胃肠胰系统各段的分布及形态学特征.方法应用5-HT-S-P免疫组织化学方法检测消化道及胰腺的5-HT细胞.结果在蝘蜓胃肠胰系统各段均检测出5-HT细胞;而蓝尾石龙子只在消化道各段分布5-HT细胞,胰腺中未发现阳性细胞.5-HT细胞在两种爬行动物消化道都以胃幽门部位分布密度最高,空肠部位分布密度最低,但其分布类型各不相同.两种爬行动物消化道5-HT 细胞的形态多样,从整个消化道看两者大体都有椭圆形、梭形、纺锤形、烧瓶形、楔形、锥形细胞.不同形状5-HT 细胞分布于消化道不同局部,且其组织学分布特点亦有一定差别.蝘蜓胰腺5-HT 细胞散在分布于胰腺腺泡细胞间,呈椭圆形和锥形.结论两种爬行动物胃肠胰系统5-HT细胞的分布及其形态学特征和组织学分布存在着较多共同点,体现了两者消化生理的相同点;同时两种爬行动物胃肠胰系统5-HT细胞的分布型存在着种间差异.

Abstract:Objective To clarify the regional distributions and distributional densities as well as the morphological features of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) cells in various parts of the gastroenteropancreatic(GEP) system of two reptiles-Sphenomrphus indieus and Eumeces elegans. Methods 5-HT-S P immunohistochemistrywas usedto visualize 5-HT cells in GEP. Results 5-HT cells were distributed throughout all parts of the GEP system of S. iudieus, whereas in E. elegans 5-HT cells were only demonstrated in the digestive tract, not in the pancreas. 5-HT cells showed the highest density in the pylorus and the least density in the ileum of both reptiles, while the distributional pattern of 5-HT cells along the digestive tract of the two reptiles was different. 5-HT cells in the digestive tract of the two reptiles assumed various shapes: oval, spindle, shuttle, pyramid, flask, and wedge. 5-HT cells with different shapes were distributed in different parts of the digestive tract, and their histological location also showed some difference. In the pancreas of S. iudieus, 5-HT cells were diffusely distributed between the glandular cells and were oval or pyramid in shape. Conclusion Many common features in distribution, morphological characteristics and histological location of 5-HT cells in the GEP system are found in the two reptiles. And those common traits reflect the similarity in the digestive physiology of the two reptiles. On the other hand, some species-dependent discrepancies in distributional patterns of 5-HT cells in the GEP system are also detected between the two reptiles.
