| 摘 要： | 目的 禁食对东方嵘螈(Cynops orientalis)胃肠道5-羟色胺细胞形态学特点和分布密度的影响.方法 SP(streptavidin peroxidase)免疫组织化学方法.结果 喂食组东方蝾螈胃肠道5-羟色胺开放型和闭合型细胞的比值高峰为幽门和十二指肠,直肠其次,其余部位较为接近;禁食组幽门最高,十二指肠其次,贲门、空肠、回肠和直肠最低.禁食组胃体和空肠的比值高于喂食组,回肠低于喂食组,其余部位无组间差异.喂食组幽门和直肠的分布密度最高,胃体最低;禁食后,十二指肠的分布密度最高,贲门和回肠最低.禁食组胃体的分布密度显著高于喂食组,其余部位无组间差异.结论 东方蝾螈可通过胃体、空肠和回肠开放型5-羟色胺细胞数量的调整及胃体分布密度的增加来调节禁食后胃肠道的消化和吸收能力.
