摘    要:本文对10例成年Wistar大鼠海马,应用过氧化物酶二氨基联苯胺(DAB)法、碱性磷酸酶(AIP)、镁离子激活的三磷酸腺苷酶(Mg(2+)-ATPase)、钙离子激活的三磷酸腺昔酶(Ca(2+)-ATPase)和5’-核苷酸酶(5’-Nase)等酶组织化学方法显示其微血管,并应用体视学方法测算,比较上述方法显示微血管的效果,结果表明:DAB法显示微血管的效果最好,AIP法次之,Mg(2+)-AT-Pase法再次之。大鼠海马微血管Ca(2+)-ATPase呈弱阳性,5‘-Nase呈阴性。DAB法和Mg(2+)-ATPase法分别适宜作微血管长度密度和血管直径的定量分析。

Abstract:To compare the effect of five enzymic histochemical methods, namely, peroxidase diaminobenzidine (DAB) method, alkaline phosphatase (AlP), Mg2+--ATPase, Ca2+--ATPase and5'-nucleotidase (5'--Nase) on showing microvessels in rat hippocampus, the hippocampal microvessels of 10 adult Wistar rats were observed by stereological analysis. We found that theDAB method occupied the first place on showing microvessel, followed by AlP method andMg2---ATPase method. The hippocampal microvessel. were weak positive by Ca2+--ATPasestaining and negative by 5'--Nase staining. DAB and Mg2+--ATPase method seemed to be fitfor quantitative analysis of microvessel length density and diameter respectively.
