| 摘 要： | 应用增殖细胞核抗原 （ＰＣＮＡ）、ｒａｓ－ Ｐ２１、Ｐ５３ 单克隆抗体和ＣｅｒｂＢ２ 多克隆抗体， 对７１ 例肺癌的纤支镜活检标本和１０ 例正常肺组织进行免疫组织化学染色研究。结果发现： １０ 例正常肺组织均为阴性表达。７１ 例肺癌中， 上述４ 种抗体的阳性表达率分别为： ７０４２％ 、８０２８％ 、５６３４％ 和８１６９％ 。除ＣｅｒｂＢ２ 与肺癌分型相关外， 均与肺癌分型、分化及ＴＮＭ 分期无关。但与预后均呈负相关。结果表明： 上述４ 种抗体是有效的、可作为判断肺癌预后的肿瘤标记物

| Abstract: | The expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),ras p21 protein, P53 protein and C erbB 2 protein in 71 cases of fiberoptic bronchoscopic lung biopsy specimens of lung carcinoma and 10 cases of normal lung tissue was studied immunohistochemically. The result showed that the positive rates were 70 42%, 80 28%,56 34% and 81 69% respectively and no expression was found in normal lung tissue. The expression was all negatively related to the prognosis of lung carcinoma, but it did not correlate with subtype, differentiation and TNM classification, with the exception of C erbB 2 protein expression which had relation to the subtype of lung carcinoma. This suggested that the expression of PCNA, p21 protein, p53 protein and C erbB 2 protein in lung biopsy materials could be used to predict the prognosis of lung carcinoma. |
