摘    要:目的探讨人参皂甙对老龄大鼠Meynert核(NBM)神经元TrkB mRNA表达的影响.方法选40只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:青年组(3-5月龄)、老龄组(24-27月龄)及给药组(24-27月龄).给药组大鼠自18月始饲以人参皂甙至24-27月龄.对各组NBM神经元进行原位杂交组织化学法染色,采用图象分析法测定各组平均灰度值并作t检验.结果老龄组大鼠NBM神经元TrkB mRNA表达显著低于青年组,而给药组较老龄组大鼠表达增多.结论人参皂甙对NBM神经元TrkB mRNA表达有促进作用,本结果为人参皂甙抗脑衰老及AD的临床治疗提供了形态学依据.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of ginseng total saponins(ginsenosides) on TrkB mRNA expression in the nucleus basalis of Meynert (NBM) of aged rats. Methods 40 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: young group (3-5 months), aged group (24-27 months) and GS-treated group(24-27 months). The GS-treated group was fed with gensinosides from 18 to 24-27 months. In situ hybridization was used to show the TrkB mRNA expression in NBM. Image analysis was used to test the average gray value of each group, and then t-test to compare between the groups. Results TrkB mRNA expression of the GS-treated group was significantly higher than that of the aged group. Conclusion Ginsenosides have positive function on TrkB mRNA expression. The study has provided morphological basis for antiaging and AD therapy with ginsenosides.
